Areas of service include living rooms and offices, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, and counters. High-touch surfaces are also disinfected for your health and safety.

  • The checklist includes: cleaning door knobs/handles, desks, dusting light fixtures and ceiling fans, cabinetry, vacuuming exterior sofas/chairs, and wiping down mirrors.

  • The checklist includes: cleaning shelves (within reach), light switches, tables, door handles, dusting light fixtures and ceiling fans, tidying items (basic), mirrors, and arrange bedding.

  • The checklist includes scrubbing and disinfecting the shower/tub, tiles, and shower door. Disinfecting countertop, sink, faucet, toilet, and cleaning mirrors.

  • The checklist includes: cleaning countertops, emptying the trash (1 standard-size garbage bag, if applicable), light switches, exterior appliances, cabinets and handles, stovetop, backsplash, disinfect the sink, and dusting light fixtures (within reach).

  • The checklist includes: vacuuming all floors (including the staircase, if applicable), mopping, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.

Short-Term Rentals

Looking to become a host? Let us help you get your rental ready for new arrivals. Our service includes everything you see in the "Standard" cleaning, plus a few add-ons exclusive to short-term rentals (see below).

In light of Covid-19, we pay close attention to CDC updates and adhere to Airbnb’s cleaning process to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

  • The checklist includes: cleaning door knobs/handles, desks, dusting light fixtures (within reach) and ceiling fans, cabinetry, vacuuming exterior sofas/chairs, and wiping down mirrors.

  • The checklist includes cleaning shelves, light switches, tables, door handles, dusting light fixtures, basic organization, mirrors, and changing bedding using fresh linens as provided by the homeowner.

  • The checklist includes scrubbing and disinfecting the shower/tub, tiles, and shower door. Disinfecting countertop, sink, faucet, and cleaning mirrors. Disinfecting and deodorizing the toilet.

  • The checklist includes cleaning countertops, emptying trash, light switches, load the dishwasher, cleaning the exterior of appliances, cabinets and handles, stove top, sink, backsplash, and dusting light fixtures (within reach).

    Exclusive to short-term rentals:

    Dishes are washed, dried, and put away.

    Garbage is emptied, replaced with a new bag, and placed in the outside bin (up to 2 standard-sized bags)

    Interior of fridge is thoroughly cleaned (garbage/food removed and shelving wiped down) for future use.

  • The checklist includes vacuuming floors and staircase, mopping, cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.

  • Wash linens and towels (1 load, depending on the appliance).
